There used to be a tool Cisco had to help converting configuraitons from hybrid to native.
Does it still exist or do you have to do everything manually?

Yes it does exist.
http://www.cisco.com/cgi-bin/Support/CatCfgConversion/catcfg_xlat.pl
You need a CCO login to access it.

The key to searching is the right keyword and the right place. I got the link right off of this forum..

Are you looking for a tool for converting CatOS configuration lines to IOS configuration lines or a tool to convert CatOS switch to IOS (native) switch?
I know that converting switch is a manual process which can be done by booting ROMMON.
I can provide information about converting switch to native mode if you need.

Just doing the configuration. Swapping out a couple sup2/msfc2/SFM with a sup720.
I didn't particuarly like what the config converter tool spit out and removed some of the commands on the interfaces and did a lot of manual checking.
Although for getting port descriptions, vlan assignments, speed/duplex, trunking configuration worked very well. Sure beats manual input.
