I uploaded the most current firmware on the phone. It will show a TFTP file error on phone display when booting up. I'm assuming the firmware did not upload correctly. I tried reloading the firmware and it shows the same issue. How do I completely erase the firmware from the phone? BTW I tried a factory restore and it didn't work.
