Catalyst 3548XL with Intel Pro 10/100

Is there any incompatibility with this kind of NIC Card at 100 Meg?

I think it's compatible. However, sometimes I found that Cisco autonegotiation with some 10/100M network card would choose 10M and half-duplex. If so, set the Cisco port with 100M and full-duplex instead of autonegotiation.

I already check all recommandations described in the document referenced for

the NIC compatibility issues.

... all these tests ended badly. There was a little gain with the

parameter carrier-delay set to 4 but still the link goes down.

My port setting is Full duplex and 100 Meg Speed.

With 10 Meg I didn't have any problems! Any Idea of what can be wrong?
