CompaqTeamed NICs with Ciscoworks

I have a Compaq DL360 with dual Gigabit NIcs. I want to team these in a CompaqTeam transmit load-balancing configuration (ie the two NIcs are part of a CompaqTeam with one shared ip address between them). Does anyone know if there are any issues as far as Ciscoworks is concerned? I know you have to edit a Ciscoworks gatekeeper.cfg file where you have dual-homed NICs with different ip addresses, but is anyone else out there doing this?

As from the CW2K side, for dual-homed NICs, you're right that the file need to be edited. http://www.cisco.com/warp/public/477/Campus/connect-19000.html can also been as a ref here for this. Not seen others doing this so far.
