CWW 6.1 not seeing Gigabit interfaces in Cat 6509

No interfaces found after auto discover in CWW 6.1

Cards not found = WS-X6724-SFP, WS-X6748-GE-TX, WS-SUP720. Could this be an issue with the version of Whats up Gold (v7.04 rel 2002.08.23) being too old ?

Is WUG not showing these cards or CiscoView?

Correct. No cards are shown, so no interfaces. Using the same auto discover on 3x 4506 Cat's with Supervisor IV & 3x WS-X4148-RJ45V all ports are found including Gig ports on the Supervisor. Any Ideas.

what do you see, a chassis with no cards or a chassis with cards labeled "UNSUPPORTED CARD" ?

We see no cards and no chassis for the Catalyst 4506 and an image with "UNSUPPORTED CARD" for the Catalyst 6509. We are using Cisco View 5.4 and What's UP 7.03

which OS is running on the devices? CatOS or IOS?

Have you tried updating your CV device package to the latest from CCO?
