Hi,
I got a 2503 with an apparently dead console port. I upgraded the IOS in the router and did a write erase (via the Aux port). (Please don't ask why I did a write erase when I knew the console port was dead ... I was being a user ;)
Now that it has no config, I can't telnet to it, and the Aux port doesn't work since it is not confugred for access. Is there anyway to get into the router via the Aux port or "take" the NVRAM from another router and stick it in there?

I havn't actually tried it, but I can't see why transferring NVRAM from another router with a valid config on it would not work, providing it is taken from the same hardware platform.
