Hi,
we are in process to upgrade Network bandwidth from 1G to 10G with eliminating single point of failure. Attached diagram for your reference.
Point 1 - Earlier there is only one switch (L2) and single port of Router. Now, we use ASR Cluster and Stack switch for high availability and redundancy.
PLAN - we are planning to create ETHERCHANNEL on both end. (ASR and StackSWITCH)
Point 2 - With the help of CHECKPOINT support team, We are planning to create Bond of 2 Ports and connect each port to both the Stackable switches.
PLAN - We are configured the ports as Trunk on switches.
Point 3 - ACI Side, We are creating VPC domain with 2 Leaf switches and connect cables as per diagram.
Whether this scenario works or not and please share any suggestions.

i would suggest to go wth Cat 9300 (instead of 3850) - Cat 9500 (if you have budget )
Any reason why ToR Catalyst switch, why not nexus 9K or FEX ? ( for server connectivty)

High level works, (but use the right switch right environment, that is what i was trying to impose you)
if you looking the only opinion on the drawing and setup works, yes.
Note: some switches not meant to be DC Switches.

You are right, we, the network team, have proposed for 9300 series switch to the client. However client is not interested. Thus we have no option rather thn using 3850.
