Hiya,
I have a CIsco Cat 6006 and I want to have multiple vlans on a port. The vlans are setup and working finr and I can assign one to a port, I have trunking enable and this shows up okay on the ports conserned. However I do I get the port to have say VLAN 1 and 2 I presume the actual active vlan are the ones under the heading "Vlans allowed and active in management domain" after using show trunk command ??
ANy help much appreciated!

Show trunk will tell what vlans are allowed on the trunked interface .

Hiya,
Thanks
That I dont quite understand is the following (Details have changed from the acutal)
Port Vlans allowed on trunk
-------- ------------------------------------------- 3/48 1-1005
Port Vlans allowed and active in management domain
-------- -------------------------------------------
3/48 231-234,264-267
How do I limit the vlans allowed on this trunk ? I dont want to affect any other ports thou ???
Thanks
Ed
