Fastethernet underrun error

7206 is giving error messages: %AMDP2_FE-3-UNDERFLO: FastEthernet1/0 transmit error, 100 - 150 times a day. Some documents say that this is due to transient load on device and not an important issue. May this errors cause performance problems and what can I do to overcome this?

The error message only indicates that data transfer rate to the chip is not as fast as the chip could handle, or the chip is under-subscribed. This will not lead to any problems and I think you can ignore this message as documented.
