Fractional T1 on Cisco 25xx ?

I am setting up a fractional T1 (512K) on a Cisco 2516 used as CPE. The "service-module t1 timeslots 1-8" option is not available there. Besides setting up the number of channels on the external DSU/CSU, is anything required on the router to specify a fractional T1 ?

Thanks.

The SERVICE-MODULE command is only for integrated/WIC CSU/DSUs. Since the 2500 series only has serial interfaces the "module" isn't present. All of your setup will be on the external CSU.

Nothing special on the router. Just make sure that you set a bandwidth statement so that your routing protocols (if applicable), and your show interface counters will function properly.
