I was wondering whether one could get a snmp based device manager for Catalyst 4006 switches. I do know about Cisco works. This is apart from using Cisco Works. I have read some where to download some files with extension *.cv file and I have not used it yet or do not know what it will do. Well why I am asking this question would be to get a birds eye view of the device through SNMP about VLAN's and associated FDB's or any thing like error statistics, chassis properties like temperature, power supply functionality etc.,
