Can anybody out there recomend some software?
I have a Cisco 3725 router at the hub of a star WAN topology. The remote routers are all connected via ISDN.
The WAN is not complex at all.
All I want is some software that can collect data that will enable me to create reports that can tell me, at a glance, which branches are using the WAN the most, at what times they dialing up and maybe what the purpose of the call(E-mail, credit card auth etc).
I've been told that the Cisco Secure ACS package will do the trick, but I think that it does too much, plus it gets involved with the authenticating of the remote sites, which I don't want it doing.
I've heard good things about the SolarWinds offering, but again, I'm turning to you guys, cos you are in the know!
Any ideas?
