Little battery in Supervisor Engine 2 (MSFC2 y PFC2) in Catalyst 6506

I´d like to know how many years the little battery last (lifetime) in Supervisor Engine 2 in Catalyst 6506. I supossed this battery is used to keep the date and the hour.

Are we supposed to change it?

If so what is the maximum time we can use the battery.

If not changed, will anything be damaged?

We do not have field replacable battery. Typical symptoms would be loss of config when this happens and you will have to contact TAC to have the Supervisor replaced
