Dec 25 22:04:41.052: %OSPF-5-ADJCHG: Process 1, Nbr 192.168.0.1 on FastEthernet4/0 from LOADING to FULL, Loading Done

Dec 26 20:12:55.674: %OSPF-5-ADJCHG: Process 1, Nbr 192.168.0.1 on FastEthernet4/0 from 2WAY to DOWN, Neighbor Down: Dead timer expired

Dec 27 20:12:54.675: %OSPF-5-ADJCHG: Process 1, Nbr 192.168.0.1 on FastEthernet4/0 from 2WAY to DOWN, Neighbor Down: Dead timer expired

Dec 28 20:12:46.811: %OSPF-5-ADJCHG: Process 1, Nbr 192.168.0.1 on FastEthernet4/0 from 2WAY to DOWN, Neighbor Down: Dead timer expired

How are these two devices connected ? Can they ping each other ? Can you paste relevant OSPF and interface configs ?

R3

R1 config:

router ospf 200

log-adjacency-changes

network 192.168.0.0 0.0.0.3 area 0

network 192.168.1.0 0.0.0.3 area 1001

R2 config:

router ospf 200

log-adjacency-changes

network 192.168.0.0 0.0.0.3 area 0

R3 config:

router ospf 200

log-adjacency-changes

network 192.168.1.0 0.0.0.3 area 1001

thank you.

what does the output from 'show ip ospf neighbor' look like on each router? Are the fastethernet interfaces hard coded to 100 full or auto/auto? Could you post the interface config?
