Hi,
I know router 3745 has performance = 225kpps but how can I convert it to kbps or Mbps (more less) ??

You cannot convert it to kbps or Mbps directly. You
can get *some* idea by calculating the bit rates for
minimum and maximum sized packets - ie. Ethernet:
Minimum payload 46 bytes: 225k*46*8 = 82.8 Mbps
Maximum payload 1500 bytes: 225k*1500*8 = 2.7 Gbps
Of these two numbers, 82.8 Mbps sounds at least
vaguely realistic, while 2.7 Gbps definitely does
not!

From various documentation I've seen on Cisco switch gear, they usually rate the pps performance using 64KB frames...I don't know if this also translates to the routers or not.

64KB packets are the standard for pps ratings since Marketing folks love "best case" scenarios. My experience with a 2621 was that the total throughput achievable per the pps rating (70K pps * 64 bytes = ~4.3Mbps for a 2621) reflected reality with full-sized packets as well (with which I was able to push around 5Mbps). Can't say if this is the case for other routers as well, but there isn't much to go on in this regard as it's not often I run across bandwidth numbers for pure routers.
