Someone please help.
I cannot access my MSFC from sup1a. I´ve tried everything that all documents mention including:
1. using command "switch console"
2. removing the MSFC bootflash and reseating it.
3. replacing the MSFC bootflash with another (from another sup1a).
4. and I also followed the Release Notes for Bug ID CSCds38294.
But no result.
PLEASE HELP

If you still cannot access it, suggest that you open a TAC case and get the Sup/MSFC RMAed

What OS in the switch is HYBRID (IOS) or NATIVE (CAT OS).
What is the output of "show module".
