Hi
we are trying to get a UPS for a 6509 switch which has 2 x 3000w PS. can anyone recommend me how much kva ups like 3kva or 5 kva ups can be deployed

Hi
First you need to work out your power draw:
Once done try the UPS selector from APC (obviously once you have a spec, you can go elsewhere to buy...).. this will let you specify how much power your kit will draw, and how much runtime you want on UPS etc.
