Any specific reasons as to why you're installing SP6 instead of the latest SP7 for RTM ?

Sorry, my mistake... It is actually SP7.
Is it possible that the password on the database (stealth.db) is incorrect?

reinitialize the db to see if it helps, but reinit of the db will result in loss of all data in the db.

I also get the same error when I run the dbinit script. I installed NetGenius on another server and disabled it on the CiscoWorks Server, but I would still like to know what the problem is.
