When I try to run a "back up data now" from the server config menu, it fails giving a backup.lock file error saying that a backup.lock file exists. This file is present, but only because I initiated the backup. When data gets backed up from the scheduled backup it saves fine. Is there a workaround?
We're running RME 3.4 on Win2k.

Have you tried deleting this file and then re-trying ?. Make sure that you have the backup saved before doing this, just in case.

Yes I've tried that, I get the same results every time, same error message
