Round robin algorithm and ether channel?

Is there a way to establish a round robin behaviour for picking the transmit port within a channel?

Using the regular methods (src-mac, dst-mac, src-ip, dst-ip etc.) you end up with the bandwith of one single link of the channel for one tcp connection.

And that's not enough for the 150Mbit/s FTP transfer over a fast ethernet channel with 4 x 100Mbit/s.

Not that I know of. I thought etherchannel has the hash algorithm built into the hardware.
