how can i get all serial no of 7600 series router
specifically of FAN Tray,GBIC modules etc
Show inventory command does not show the above serial no.s.

have you tried the show module command ? the output of the command is as shown below:
Router# show module all
Mod Ports Card Type Model Serial No.

sh module all command does not give OSM GBIC module serial no.
in 7606 router

Try the sh idprom command
c7606#sh idprom ?
all selects all FRU-types
backplane specify backplane
clock specify clock
earl specify earl
fan-tray specify fan-tray
interface interface name
module specify module
power-supply specify power-supply
rp specify RP (MSFC)
supervisor specify supervisor
vdb specify vdb
vtt specify VTT

I'm not sure it this command works on this platform, but it's worth a try...

This command does not provide information about FAN Tray serial no.and OSM GBIC Serial no.
This command works on this platform and very useful for serials no. of all modules except the above
