Looks to me that there is a bit of delay between the 14th and 15th hop.
I can see on http://www.apnic.net that both IP's belong in Korea, one to a company called KOREA TELECOM the other to Korea Network Information Center.
You could try an talk to your ISP, but I doubt you'll get anything out of it.

The delay between those two hops is the connection between the Asia Pacific Network Information Centre and the San Jose Routers. This will more than likely be a satelite hop which will cause about a 150ms delay. Even so that amount of delay is not the problem which is causing a few minutes to load a webpage. If you ping the cisco router at larger byte sizes like 1500 do you start dropping packets, if so work you way back until you find something.

What is your connection speed (dial-up, T1)? Are other websites here in the US slow too? Your latency looks fine considering. How long does it take to download the webpage?

Hi....
South Korea not use dial-up.
We are connected 155M SONET with ISP(KT).
and download speed is more than 1~3 minute...

Hey, shsong21, I'm here in Tokyo, and I would assume, I use a similar route to the cisco website, but, I don't experience the same delays. Is it only the cisco site that you experience this with..? Just outa curiosity, what OS/Browser you using..? I use FC3(Linux)/Firefox Cheers.
