Troubleshooting Catalyst C1111-4PLTEEA LTE modem crash

Hello 

On some  Cat. 1111-C1111-4PLTEEA LTE modems are crashing randomly

The telnet command in this post will not work on C1111 

So I' m  looking for similar steps to read the LTE modem  crash log of :  Catalyst C1111-4PLTEEA routers with build in LTE. 

the output from "test cell-cwan 0/2/0 modem-crashdump on" is empty, but the modem is allready in crashed state.

Have you updated the firmware of the modem?

yes we updated the generic from Cisco site

IF the Sierra modem still crashes after updating the firmware, RMA the router.
