Hi, been going through the documents but struggling to identify how exactly to upgrade our Cisco prime infrastructure to 3.10.4. we are currently running a VM based 3.10 version. will appreciate if someone can write down the steps involved. thanks

I have addressed other post - role of the admin should be administrator (you mentioned network-admin role) - i am guessing that s the issue.

Note: PI is at the end of its life. What is the reason for upgrading to x.x.4 (is it worth it?)? What do you see as any latest in 3.10.4 which is useful?

- @balaji.bandi In my opinion , just because Prime is EOL ; I would go up to and install the last or latest patch
to have all the bugfixes ; being 3.10.6 : https://software.cisco.com/download/home/286329246/type/284272933/release/3.10.6

Until I see any advantage, there is no point in doing this excessively, in my opinion.
Prime is not exposed to Internet its just used for MAPs and device management internally.
DNAC is the future Cisco point of view.
