Yes there is a cisco BB aggrigation product call ISG. You can implement this on cisco 10K series routers or on new ASR series.

why dont u move to Cisco ASR series, like ASR 1004 or 1006, with New Cisco QFC processor and New XE Train IOS, outclass performance
you can also move to ASR 9000 Series, for TB throughput...!

ASR 1006 is shipping, and the only fully-redundant chassis, which supports 32k users at max without QoS profiles enabled (which is nothing). Only supports 2 x 10GE and runs IOS_XE.
ASR 9000 is not even shipping as yet, and wont have any BRAS features. It will run IOS_XR (differnt feaure set as compared to IOS, IOS_XE and IOS_XE on 10k), and will be positioned for MetroE deployments.
Required features for a BRAS platform would be subscriber scale, 10GE density, integration with open standards policy box, dynamic profile change via COPS, COPS-PR, support for RADIUS and DIAMETER, and above all; ISSU.
You'd be better off with RB, or better yet a Juniper BRAS.
Rgds
