Hello Guys,
We have 5 sites connected with each other via site to site tunnel with 1Gbps internet.
We also have 100mbps EPL for voice traffic which carries QoS.
I am Network Professional but dont know what is EPL.
I want to understand the technical overview with configuration.
Please explain ?

EPL it's a VPN technology to provide connectivity to transport Ethernet frames across an ISP, full description here:

Not related to what you are asking necessarily but you might want to consider VPLS, if the customer wants to add more sites, point-to-multipoint would work out better in this case. Instead of creating abunch of site-to-site links everytime a site gets added. VPLS uses E-LAN.

Fast forwarding to 2019 Ethernet Private Lines serves as a modern alternative to traditional TDM private lines and older packet technologies like Frame Relay.
EPL also provides an extremely high-speed connection directly between two locations without being routed through the public internet. It also offers a significant degree of security which is critical for healthcare, and financial organizations where security is of the utmost importance.
From a configuration perspective you will treat the EPL as an extended Layer2 connection or simply an Extended Ethernet Connection connecting LocationA to LocationB.
