3750 is EOL, it's been replaced with the 3850.

Although there are warnings that this product will soon be announced as End-of-Sale, the WS-C3750X-48T-S is still orderable in CCW without restriction. However there is only one reason why anyone should still order it and that is if the customer has existing 3750X and they need to add more to an existing stack. Otherwise, as Greg mentioned, the 3850 should be purchased.
