3 Wire Wiegand

I am looking to purchase a 2n Hellios IP Force equipped with a card reader.  Based on the documentation it supports a wiegand 3 wire configuration.  Currently we have cisco physical access gateway CIAC-GW-K9 deployed.  Is it possible to wire the 2n 3 wire wiegand to the access gateway? 

The access control guides makes reference to a 10 or 3 pin wire configuration.

As you can see http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wiegand_interface wigand used only three wires. Cisco Gateway officialy supported 5-wire reader connection. I think 2n readers used 4 wire minimum: 12v,DATA0,DATA1,Ground. You can try to connect it on 4 wire to GW.
