I have several cisco 2500 cameras running on VSOM, everything is working fine however the password for the cameras is not known can the password be found within the VSOM configuration?

SSH to the server and do the following:
cd /usr/BWhttpd/conf/proxy
more name_of_proxy.xml
Username and password are in clear text.

In VSOM the camera PW is obscured for security. You can see how many digits the PW is but not the PW itself. As far as I know your only options is to reset the camera to default and assign a new PW if you do not have it documented.
