Cpam- Door State Inconsistent

Anyone know why on earth I would get this error?

I have a couple doors showing alarms for  "Door State Inconsistent"

I can not seem to figure out why. All the devices associated to the door are functioning properly...

I can not tell. Further examination of the alarm does not seem to specify which input point is causing the issue.

What am I missing?

I have not gotten much luck in this area, I ended up disabling this alarm entirely.

Generally I have found that a motion REX that is incorrectly configured to trip the lock in a high traffic area can pop the lock when the door isnt being used causing that alarm.
