IPC 2500w unresponsive after failed firmware upgrade

While preforming a firmware upgrade with the upgrade tool from 1.xw to 2.7 the firmware tool crashed in the middle of the upgrade. I am now unable to get the camera back in upgrade mode or to even function. The amber and green lights on the front of the camera will not turn on either. Is there a way to recover the camera to begin upgrade again?

Hi nicholas,

you need to do a factory reset on the camera by pressing the reset button on back side for 10 sec.

Hi Karan,

I tried the factory restore method but it does not seem to be working. I am also not able to see its mac address on the show mac- command on the switch its connected to when plugged into the lan interface.

try this ....switch off camera power. hold reset button and while holding it power on the camera. hold it for more then 10 sec to be sure of reset.
