Where can I find the definitive list of fixes/solutions for critical camera and media server errors...especially after the resolutions listed in the Cisco VSM Operations Manager User Guide have proven unsuccessful?

I don't believe there is such a unified document. My *personal* method for getting a feel on what works and what actually doesn't is to review the Open/Closed caveats listed in each software versions release notes.
Is there any particular problem you wanted to try and tackle with me? I'd assist if I could.

Scott, There are several odd errors. We've managed to work through the majority of them. However an odd error showed up today when we replaced a defective camera, that we are unable to resolve. The error is "Operation failed: failed to fetch device info after authentication update succeeded". After installing this camera and getting the initial error of "Configuration Mismatch", we attempted several times to repair/replace the configuration. Each time we try, we get the "Operation failed" message".
Have you run accross this problem before?
