I have a VSOM install that is sending months old alerts. From reading a bit, it would appear that the way you are SUPPOSED to clear these is through SASD, but even with acknowledging them, I am still getting the emails! HELP!
Seriously, no one knows how to clear alerts? I've tried multiple times now, I'm still getting emails about alerts from months and months ago that are no longer legitimate alerts. This shouldn't be this hard to clear.
