Hi team,
I have an issue to access to Customer SNTC due to I can not see the costumer name on the gobal filters. Last Tuesday I recived a mail from service_access_management_support@cisco.com which said that I had been granted access to Cisco resources as CBR Admin.
Could you please help me to know why I am unable to see my customer collector and how can I validate the access?
