WebEx Contact Center (WxCC) Training

Our organization is leaning heavily toward moving our 5 contact centers to WxCC. We are looking for training that will help us administer and troubleshoot WebEx Contact Center from day 1. However, it's been impossible to find any training at all, whether free or that can be paid for with CLCs. 

 

I'm looking for any advice from the community on what courses to take or for any links that will help us prepare for supporting our call centers on WxCC. 

 

Some background. We have used UCCX in the past but for the last year, we have been on a different call center solution that has not met our requirements.
