Cannot access Web Gui Interface on RV345

I Cannot access Web Gui Interface on RV345. The GUI login page appears but after entering known correct credentials GUI does not progress. GUI appears to hang at that point with dancing ants cursor. See attached screenshot.

Also: SSH access via port 22 fails to connect.

I can't see what firmware version is running on this router since I cannot access either the GUI or the CLI. 

have you tried any other browser like IE/ FF ?

do you have backup of this config, if so reset to factory and apply the config from backup.

IE yields the same results. Going on site to do a reboot. 

Reboot did not resolve the issue.

I was hoping to avoid truck rolls to reset these 3 units. Thanks for the help.

Hi Lloving,

Depending on the firmware version you may be encountering: 

RV340 Series Small Business routers (PSIRT Notice)  Fix for CSCwc53007- RV34x GUI not accessible –  The recommended fix is to upgrade to firmware version 1.0.03.29
