If you can access the router, try rebooting it and see if the problem is solved. These routers get really funky when left on for as short as even a week without a reboot. I reboot mine daily with a script.

Dear Samir,
Thanks for your replay,
I have restarted the router once but the problem was persist and i had reconfigured through configuration wizard also same. After reconfiguration while checking router the connection was gone, till now i have not able to access the router. I dont know what is happening.

Very strange. Someone else in another thread had a similar issue where their rv042 problem wasn't fixed by a reboot.
I think you're going to have to reset the router to factory defaults and rebuild the configuration from scratch. Here's a link to the other thread as it may help:

Abdul,
A great tool to troubleshoot port forwarding problems is RJL Port Listener. It is a tiny program that you run on a PC behind the router and you can configure it to listen on any port. Create a port forwarding rule to allow access to the PC and then open a port testing website such as http://www.yougetsignal.com/tools/open-ports/ or https://www.grc.com ShieldsUP!
If the port shows as open then you know that the forwarding is working. Test the ports that you are forwarding to your server(s) this way also. If you have configured port forwarding correctly and RJL Port Listener is listening on the PC, then there is an issue with the ISP and you should contact them.
You can find RJL at the following site:

Please keep us updated.
