1841 and HW 4ESW Configuration Issue

Having trouble with configuration. PC's connected via the 4ESW can ping devices connected via the Fa0/0 port, however PC's connected via Fa0/0 not able to ping devices connected via 4ESW. Something simple I'm missing, just drawing a blank. Can anyone please help?

I've reverted back to putting the ports in the switchport in vlan 1 but no luck.

Thanks for replying, as I mentioned it was probally something stupid I missed, and it was. While I had a ip address for my management vlan, there wasn't an ip address for that vlan. Once I put in the address, everything started working correctly.
