Is the max character limit in an individual CSS still limited to 512 in version 7.0? We are using 4.1.3 and have hit this limitation. If the limit is still there, is there an easy way to rename the partitions so the character limit is reduced?

Thanks for replying, as I mentioned it was probally something stupid I missed, and it was. While I had a ip address for my management vlan, there wasn't an ip address for that vlan. Once I put in the address, everything started working correctly.
i actually resolved the problem myself. Turns out we were running symantec backup-exec on the server. That version of backup-exec was using an older version of sybase. You can check this by going to data sources in control panel and under odbc driver...
