1841 Router Readonly ROMMON initialized on every startup

Hi all,

I have recently purchased a CCNA lab for home study and I have noticed that every time I boot up the router, I get a Readonly ROMMON initialized. I have not noticed this message before, so not too sure if this is normal or weather I have messed up the flash while trying to factory reset the router.

Below is the captured bootstrap and Thanks in advanced.
