After a series of power outages, our Cisco 2821 router wont boot. There are no LED's lit on the front panel. (The LEDs in the back near the Interfaces do light up.) When I connected a console cable and power cycled the router the message "RECEIVE ERROR ON - RECEIVE ERROR ON- RECEIVE ERROR ON- RECEIVE ERROR ON- ..... and so on, about 20 times. appears.
It appears that IOS is not starting. I have no console access at all to ROMMON or IOS. What's going on???
