3750 SWITCH PROBLEM

my cisoc 3750 has got this boot path.

flash:/c3750-ipservices-mz.122-35.SE5/c3750-ipservices-mz.122-35.SE5.bin

but in the process of upgrading complete flash got erased , kindly suggest what to do next as i have loaded the image in the switch but switch restarts repeatdly.

image dir also got deleted.
