Morning All
I have 2 4506's running the same IOS 12.2(31)SG and i know I can only run these in stub mode, but my problem is on a reboot they loose some config everytime
goes from
eigrp stub connected redistributed
to
eigrp stub connected
so on reboot I have to stick redisributed on to get the static routes out into the network.
Is there a IOS out there that fixes this issue or any other suggestions?
Thanks
Kevin

How are you ? Still at NR ?
No idea about EIGRP issue, i would try upgrading to a different IOS and see if that fixes it to be honest.

Not doing anything yet, but come autumn i will be looking as it's time to get back into work i think.
I'm based in Manchester now, so will be looking in this area but if i have to go back to London then i guess i will.
So they've now got a bunch of graduates in charge of NR network ?

Not fussed whether contract or perm to be honest. Perhaps contract for a bit see how it goes.
It is lovely in Manchester, what are you talking about
Because it's you i had a quick search for bugs but couldn't find any mention of the issue you are talking about.

Hi
I can do, before I'm talking about the switch setting the config back to stub instead of stub redisributed on reboot, so to be honest I'm not sure how it will help.
I was after a suggestion for a good IOS really which I think I now have, but will kepp the thread open to confirm if it sorted it or not once the upgrade has been done.
Cheers
Kev
