878 router ATM interface status stuck at initializing mode

Hi Guys,

               I have 5 to 6 878 routers and in all these routers the ATM interface is stuck up with initializing mode. This is the IOS running on it

c870-advipservicesk9-mz.124-15.T9.bin, need an urgent help on this, any advice would be helpful
