887VA VDSL2 configuration problem

Hi,

I have 887VA router and trying to configure VDSL internet connection.

VDSL is working, but no IP address is set.

In interface Ethernet0 I was trying to use

ip address negotiated

and also

ip address dhcp

but no one gives me IP.

Internet is working on another non-Cisco router

Yeah, that's what I really like on administration. That feeling after solving problem. And drink (now Pilsner Urquell beer) after successful finish. :)

Hi bro, i've cisco 887VA router. I need your help how to configure ip and internet access on port ethernet0. I'm trying to add ip on port ethernet0. it' added but protocol showing always down. I connect isp lan port 1 to cisco port vdsl and I'm using telephone cable to establish a connection.

it shows as administrative down, not down.

so go to the interface and issue no shutdown
