access to internet from another network

i have network like on picture. My network have two segment 192.168.200.0/24 where are my servers and network 192.168.0.0/24 where are my workstations. the workstations can go to internet over ISP-internet. How i enable that my servers also go to internet over ISP-internet. On routers are configured static routes, so workstations can access servers and servers can access to workstations. i put configuration of routers.

i 'm newbie in configuration routers.

from server in network 192.168.200.0/24 i started tracert command and i receive the respond like on picture. like that is problem on router of ISP. can you give me some instructions

i analyzed my problem for my network 192.168.200.0/24. my network need internet from isp-internet(192.168.0.254), and routing to network 192.168.0.0/24 in both directions.

How this problem that i resolve? 

For internet i must to use the nat, and for routing i must use ip routing?
