ASR 903 Error log

Hi

I have an ASR 903 RSP3. when it tries to boot up, the following log appears on the console:

Image loaded
Boot image size = 518430927 (0x1ee6a0cf) bytes
I2C Bus busy, please check the BP IDPROM

get_mac_addr: Couldn't find a valid macaddrI2C Bus busy, please reset to attempt recovery 1
I2C Bus busy, please check the BP IDPROM
reading the ARAD pid failed..
Failed to get ARAD PID
I2C Bus busy, please check the BP IDPROM
unable to find the pid string..
RSP, chassis hw mismatch found
boot: error executing "boot usb0:asr900rsp3-universalk9.16.08.01c.SPA.bin"

Is this an HW error or what?

TAC rarely updates the Affected Versions and Known Fixed Version list.  

It is best to raise a TAC Case and get them to verify.

just out of curiosity, how did you get this resolved, which IOS version did you install to fix this ?

It May be a hardware error at this stage, what IOS Code running, try upgrading to the latest, or contact TAC for assistance if you have a contract.
