ASR1002-X "mcpcc-lc-ms" and "prcpp_cp_svr: high CPU

i have this problem on my ASR 1002-X 

19720 18557 57% 57% 57% S 295694336 mcpcc-lc-ms

the procesor cpu0 is always 45% used

sometimes all processors are used but this happens by cpp_cp_svr and the router works very slow.

Post the complete output to the following commands: 

• sh version
• sh platform resource
• sh platform software status con brief

for the moment only cpu0 is used from mcpcc-lc-ms

i atached the cpu graph,sometimes cpu used by cpp_cp_svr and the router works very slow.

I did a search and came across a couple of bugs, none of which really seem to apply to your setup:

Either way, shutting down (shut) unused interfaces sometimes helps, you could give that a try.

IOS-XE version is 16.6.1 (Bundle Mode).  I'm going to start pointing at that as the root cause of the high memory utilization of the QFP.
