ASR9001-LC stuck at Rommon - Why no disk?

Could anyone please assiste me here?

I have a Cisco 9001-LC that is stuck at rommon.

I'm trying to turboboot using asr9k-mini-px.vm-6.4.

In Rommon, I am not seeing any Disk available and I am unable to see the usb when it's inserted.

How can I get disk0: and the USB to show up?

When you issue : dev (you should see the USB as disk0 or disk1) - if not the USB not recognised

use lower USB stick like 4 or 8GB with Fat formatted to work.
