there are 2 sources; my favorite one and original is Cisco net academy https://www.netacad.com/courses/packet-tracer

you may have to go thru PT Course tutorial , which is good thing; you can learn about PT and how to use it; 

Note that you do not need to complete the whole course; few minutes into you should be able to download PT from link in the course OR from Resources link on main page of Netacademy. https://www.netacad.com/portal/resources/packet-tracer

BTW, last time (not too long ago, a month?) when I went to NetAcad to update my PT copy, Cisco hands that off to some new 3rd party to obtain actual download.  In my case, a very annoying process.
